We want you and your pets to be happy with every purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to Request a Return Email us at dizonkoykoy365@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days with next steps.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, opened pet food or grooming items cannot be returned.
Exchanges We're happy to exchange defective or damaged items. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
